New eircom Corporate Markets Operating Model unveiled
A new corporate markets operating model, designed to improve the way in which eircom serves its enterprise and government customers, was announced in November 2008. To this end, Ronan Kneafsey was appointed as Director of eircom Corporate Markets, effective January 1st 2009.
This new unit encompasses eircoms existing Enterprise and Government markets, which will now be headed by Peter Clarke (Enterprise) and Alan Brown (Government). In addition, a number of new appointments have been made to the Corporate Markets management team in Operations, Business Solutions, Commercial, Design and Delivery, Marketing, Planning & IT Development and Solutions.
This new operating model reflects industry’s ongoing demands for excellence in solution design, programme management and service delivery. The new model also ensures customers benefit from eircom’s major investments in next generation capabilities. These include leading-edge IP networking, fully-managed data centre services, best practice in workforce collaboration and the latest customer engagement facilities.
